First coupon payment announcement

Dr. Max Funding CR, s.r.o. announces that starting on 21 June 2024,

Komerční banka, a. s., as the Administrator will pay relevant yield for the bond Dr. Max 8.50/28, ISIN: CZ0003556177, in the amount of 8.50% p. a.,

for the interest period from 21 December 2023 (including) to 21 June 2024 (excluding).

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds, the holders of these bonds who had them registered in their asset accounts at the Central Securities Depository as of the end of 22 May 2024 will be entitled to the payment of coupon from the mentioned bonds. Coupon will be paid cashless at the all branches of Komerční banka, a.s..
